Please first read the prologue and then this chapter as the scenes are connected
The door opened slowly, a pair of eyes peeked inside the room. My eyes squirmed in confusion ,but a small smile came on my lips after recognising them.
"Come here, What are you too doing here?" I inquired while touching their cheeks softly.
"Aunt, why are you crying?" Questioned Miya. "I am not crying my baby" I answered and made them sit on my lap. " You are aunt Kavya, look there are tears on your cheeks" Anuj replied while wiping my tears.
" You are crying because uncle scolded you na? Don't cry , you only told us that our family can scold us sometimes for our good" he expressed softly. I nodded my head as no . "No baby, I am not crying" I answered with a deep sigh.
These little souls can feel my pain, but the person whom I gave my heart doesn't care if I am dead or alive. He never even considered me as his wife . These thoughts consumed my mind and I felt a burning sensation in my chest making me gasp.
Miya grabbed my face in her little palms softly and answered" We love you aunt,you gave us chocolates and that aunt scolded us for stepping on her dress. We don't like her ,we will play with you only . So don't cry" she said softly in her baby voice making my heart flutter . I cried silently and kissed their hands and forehead.
The door opened revealing my mother in law. I stood up as I saw her. She went down and said to Miya and Anuj" what my grand children are doing? Go and play in your room" They nodded and ran to their room.
She came toward me with furious steps making me stumble back a little. "Now it's your turn to get out of my son's room. Now this room belongs to my daughter in law and son" she exclaimed with a smirk .
Why can't she love me ? Am I not her daughter in law? Why does she hates me? Why do I deserve her hate ? I Questioned myself but there was silence, there was no one who can answer me and cure my pain, end my misery.
I was about to deny, then I felt someone's deadly glare ,it was his glare . I felt a fear in my chest which made me nod my head.
Before I could react I felt someone dragging me forcefully and harshly. All of sudden that person stopped and pushed me making me almost lost my balance.
I collected myself from falling , I lifted my gaze and saw that it was his mother. "Get out, and I don't want your shadow even around them"

My luggage was shifted to the room beside their room. Their room was decorated with flower, petals and candles. He was going start his married life with her after ruining mine.
There was a tight feeling in my chest that was burning. I sat on the bed tired, broken, helpless and lost.
Had I ever received love and happiness. I tried to recall a memory of happiness and when i felt loved ,but not a single memory crossed my mind. I smiled silently with tears in my eyes.
I was in deep thoughts when I heard moans and groans. I couldn't control and busted into a loud cry, I palmed my mouth and my cry came out muffled
The moment I craved for with him is now being lived by someone else, the touch I desired for is for someone else. The love I wanted is now being given to someone else.
My eyes started to burn. I closed my eyes and slowly let sleep consume me.
